SHUGATORI The Dessert Cafe @ Damansara Uptown

Came across seeing this special cafe name and has been recommended by quite a number of people, thus i went and gave a try. First impression when I stepped in this place, it is very relaxing place. Their decoration is unique, although is just paper folding.

Proceed to their counter for food ordering.

Well, since i came along with a friend, we had discussed for quite some time on what to eat, as all  food seem tempting. However, we made up our mind to pick these two desserts...

The dessert at the front of the picture is name ATLANTIS
Behind ones is called MIDORI

Classic pancake layered with Uji Matcha cream, Azuki red bean cream and Matcha crumble topped with Matcha ice cream served with Uji Matcha sauce.

ATLANTIS

Well, I forgot what’s on their menu description on this, thus, I am just going to describe it briefly based on my taste?

Charcoal waffle with creamy blueberry sauce topped with blueberry taste meringue, marshmallow and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

My personal taste review:

For Midori, the taste of Uji Matcha sauce brings a stronger Matcha taste for the desserts. I am not a person who likes combination of matcha red bean, but this dessert combination of Azuki Red Bean Cream and Uji Matcha cream is really perfect. Whereas for Atlantis, their blueberry sauce is really tasty went along with the vanilla ice cream and charcoal waffle. These two desserts, i just cannot resist from not loving the ice cream! Overall, i love this dessert cafe, not just because their desserts is delicious, but the environment is relaxing. A great place for people who just want to chill.
